Awesome Moment

Hello all! I just wanted to share an awesome (and pretty darn cute) moment with you!

So I was babysitting a neighbor, a little girl of 4, and I asked her what her favorite color was. She responded as if it was obvious and said, and as you might guess, that it was pink. Now I asked her right then if she liked just pink or a different shade, and I gave the example of hot pink. And guess what she replied. Guess. Well it was the most adorable answer ever. She said that she liked cold pink. Yes. You read that right. Cold pink. These were her exact words: "It's blue, green, and pink mixed together and you put it in the microwave and you have cold pink!" Can you say adorable?! 

So that was my awesome moment of the day. Cold pink. I'll have to keep a mental note about that one.

it's the little things

Usually, all we praise are the big things. Like getting an A+ on a big test, like getting a new dog or phone. And sometimes, just sometimes, the little things that make each and every day unique and something to look forward to, happen to slip by. Unnoticed. And yes, the big things are great. They make us happy on their rare occasion. But it's the little things are always there, making us smile. So I decided I might share with you a few of my favorite little things.

one. When rain fall on your eyelashes and you have to blink it off.

two. That moment on your iPod when shuffle read your mind.

three. Continuously pressing the button for the street light to turn to the walking sign, and it works.

four. You're reading a book and one of the characters has the same name of your friend.

five. When the weather perfectly matches your mood.

six.  The sound of your friend's uncontrollable laughter.

seven. When you smile at someone you don't even know, and they smile back.

eight. When you finish the last book in a series, then feel like you want to cry because it's over.

nine. When you finally understand that one problem in math.

ten. Your favorite song comes on the radio, and you can tell from the first note.

eleven. The "thank you" wave from drivers.

twelve. Freckles

thirteen. Accomplishing something before the microwaves beeps.

fourteen. Saying bye to a group of friends, and they all say it back.

fifteen. That tiny moment when you drive under a bridge on a rainy day, and the world goes silent.

sixteen. A smile.

April

Hello, and good April to you! I know it's been a while (and it's my fault) but its been time well spent! I have made many accomplishments and I am sure you are dying to know what they are. And just for fun, I will do them each in a different color:

• I saw the HUNGER GAMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! Though I could say, they left a few things out from the book and switched things up but in all, it was good. Have any of you guys seen it yet?
•  Also on the topic of The Hunger Games, I finished Mockingjay. So technically, I finished THE WHOLE SERIES!!! You see this, this is my happy face!! :D
• My favorite month has arrived, April! I just love the rainy days, the new flowers poking up here and there, the sunny days, and pretty much everything else. And my favorite day is in April, the 22nd, aka, Earth Day!!!! So yeah, that's my April rantings.
• I took a few awesome pictures:

•  And finally, I had an amazing Easter! So I will treat you with a few Pinterest-originated Easter pictures!
